El Parmar for ladies lunch.

Wednesday was an easy venue for lunch. Right in the Las Jaibas RV park and a favorite for the sushi lovers in the group.  We ate there last year and it was excellent and yesterday it was the same. The land the restaurant is leasing is inside the RV park.  Since last spring one area of it has been enclosed with A/C and another area has been added.  It is extremely popular and on any evening it is packed.  The parking is limited so cars end up on the boulevard grass. The north gate of the park has been closed as cars were coming into the RV park to park.  It opens at noon and we were the only customers.

There were eight yesterday and that's Chantal looking at me suspiciously!

Sandi is asking the waiter a question.

My pinada (no alcohol) and Ruth's drink with mint, cucumber and gin. There was no red wine Sandi and Jeannette had beer.

Chat before lunch.

I finally figured out the blue tinge..There is a blue fluorescent light fixtures on the post beside me.  Ruth's sushi with salmon.

My campeche rolls which are heated and have shrimp.

Pat's choice and then we three shared.  Just delicious and I even had a few to take home to Eric.

Jeannette, Marilyn and Marilyn had chicken or fish fingers and fries.

Marilyn took a photo so you'd know I was there!

Sandi had a plate of crab but I'm not sure it was what she was expecting.

Chantal ordered the tuna tower but she had them saute the tuna so it wasn't raw.  Very good and very elegant.

Everyone happily eating.

The waiter kindly took a photo.

It was an excellent lunch with good service and the sushi is better than I've eaten anywhere.  Perhaps it's all the fresh seafood available here in Mazatlan. However it's all properly prepared as well.  The menu is on line and they deliver as well.  A good choice any day of the week!

  1. Looks like everyone enjoyed their lunch. The last photo is the best - everyone is seen and just a great all around photo.
