Okay….so I don’t watch football and I didn’t know who was playing but I did throw 200 peso’s into the football pool. The good news is I won 600 peso’s even though I didn’t watch the game or do anything that required any skill. How great is that. I also won at Bingo last Thursday ….about 500 peso’s so I’m Rich, Rich Rich….too funny!
A nice appetizer party that was enough for dinner as well. Thanks for the invite Frank and Sandi!

We eat, yet again. No more parties till the weekend when it’s Carnival.
The food is always good and we had a really nice assortment. I made salmon stuffed phyllo pockets. Fresh frozen salmon with some smoked salmon inside and it was quite good.
