A couple of days in Coos Bay. We arrived Friday afternoon and Saturday was Halloween. Connie loves Halloween! Yesterday evening we were out to the haunted house at the race track. Connie invited her friend Janna who turns out to be born Canadian in Ontario. She's lived in California and Coos Bay most of her life. Interesting tidbit she's a cousin to Pierre Burton.
At about 6:30 we were off looking lovely as usual🤣

A picture as we got up to the site. Pictures are not permitted as you go through. Only a few get in at a time so a half hour wait. We were definitely the oldest ones there😁
This morning we were off to shop a bit so I could make sandwiches etc for lunches on the road.
Late this morning Connie and the dogs were watching a football game. 😁
Connie is busy frying peppers that Manny grew from seed. Fried, salted and eaten...delicious!

So...we've had a good visit and really good hospitality.
Tomorrow we're off to Susanville California on our way south.
Looks like fun! I'd like to housesit those puppies. You've given me something to investigate to increase my knowledge of Canada. Safe travels.
