This is the last part of Wednesday. First we’d been off to Angelina’s for lunch and now it was time for Carol’s annual “ Happy Hour/Beach Party and group picture.
I’m playing with my new camera which does a decent panorama shot. Yes I know I said I wouldn’t bring it to the beach but…this was a special occasion!
It is 4pm and I brought a red T-shirt for Eric who was already at the beach and some beer for happy hour. We are sitting just north of where the group will gather. It is our usual spot in the afternoon!
People are starting to arrive. It’s a bit couldy but that’s okay because it’s been quite hot lately and this is a more comfortable temperature.
Dennis and Frank chatting to Eric. Eric’s not fond of these big gatherings but since he was already at the beach ….what could he do. Besides there are lots of nice people to talk to.
Lots of chat.
Panorama makes Escondido tower look like it’s leaning.
By 4:45 Carol had herded all her ducks into a group….well almost all her ducks as some aren’t here yet! I took this picture.
Now I’m back!
Now Bill is in the picture.
Now we are all looking to our right.

Picture time is over and back to mingling.
