Getting ready to hit the road home.

Thursday April 4th and we  were packing up to head home.  We'd moved forward to a pull thru site so we could load the motorcycle.  We spent all winter parked in the corner next to the boat trailer and the old boat.  A very noisy stressful winter.
Lots of space right now...we are the only ones in the back of the park.  You can see the huge wall on the north and east side of the park.  The noise has quieted down as they seem to have all the site prep done except for house services.
In you go Big Red...always a bit of a worry riding up the ramp into the garage.   So far Eric has never ended up in the kitchen!
We stayed in this spot over night and just had to dump in the morning before we left.
You can see they are still working on the south side of the park and that will likely go on for years.  Here they aren't building houses they are only selling serviced lots so it will take a long time for the whole thing to fill up.  Better in our minds to be like the other development where they build all the houses and just get it all over with.  Should be much quieter in the park next year with all the major construction over with.

  1. Hopefully the park will still be there next year. I think that it won't be long before the RV park becomes another home development.

  2. Everyone is speculating about what the park owner Felipe will do but no one really knows. His business will improve next year now that the wall is up on two sides and he told us that he enjoys looking after the park so only time will tell. There is a lot of land for sale in the area so it would probably take a pretty good "buck" to make him sell.
